Shipping and Returns


We attempt to ship all in stock items within 24-72 hours. During peak business times, orders my take up to 5 business days to process. Most items ship from our warehouse in Longmont, CO. Large or bulk orders may drop ship from the manufacturer or regional warehouses to save on freight charges. Most US and Canadian orders are shipped UPS, USPS or USPS Priority Mail. Liquids exceeding ½ Gal. and many pesticides may only be shipped ground via UPS or FedEx. Bulk and palleted items ship LTL via R&L Carriers. Residential delivery and lift gate charges may be applied.

You should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped. Canadian orders must clear customs and may require 7 to 10 additional business days. 

Please note that transit time is calculated in business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

Hazmat products cannot be legally returned.

Unless otherwise noted, Hart Agland and ship orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Please be aware, liquids including many pesticides will automatically ship UPS ground regardless of shipping option selected and shipping will be charged accordingly. Items exceeding 70 Lbs. are shipped LTL freight delivery. Shipping may be arranged by calling (303)747-6414 or (800)603-6271. 


All items purchased from Hart Agland are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


For overseas shipping please call 1 (303) 747-6414 to confirm your order and verify payment information. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled within 72 hours. Please Note: The customer is responsible for paying all additional shipping, tariff and duty charges on international orders.


Returning items to Hart Agland and is easy. Returns must be initiated within 30 days after the item was shipped. All orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special Orders, perishable and temperature sensitive items may be non-returnable or subject to a higher restocking charge.

All product returns must be accompanied by a Returned Materials Authorization or "RMA". An RMA can be obtained by calling Hart Agland and at (303)747-6414 or (800)603-6271 or by emailing Opened bottles, pesticide containers, and pheromone packaging cannot legally be shipped or returned. For defective products please contact us for instructions.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unopened, and in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc intact. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not issue a return if packaging is opened or not in its original condition. Ahart Agland reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Hart Agland will provide a refund to you for returned items, less any shipping costs incurred to ship your order.

How to Return an Item:

An RMA can be obtained by calling Hart Agland and at (303)747-6414 or (800)603-6271 or by emailing to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.

Our customer support representatives will issue an "RMA" and give you information on how and where to return the product.

You will have to pay for the return shipping costs.  For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and that the shipment be insured in case the package is lost. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any shipping costs on your order. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
